Terms of Use
Effective date: 18 September 2026
These terms apply to msadykov.dev and to all mobile apps listed on that site. By using the website or an app, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
App Store apps are also licensed under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms and Apple’s standard EULA conflict for an App Store download, Apple’s standard EULA controls for that download. Google Play apps are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the website or apps.
License
Apps are licensed, not sold. You agree to use them lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to reverse engineer the services.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid features are subscriptions or in-app purchases billed by Apple or Google. We do not sell digital content outside the App Store or Google Play. We do not process store payments ourselves.
Auto-renewable subscriptions
Where an app offers an auto-renewable subscription:
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play payment method at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the renewal price shown in the store.
- You can manage the subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions).
- Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription where the store applies that rule.
Title, length, and price of each subscription are shown in the app and in the store listing before you buy. Refunds follow Apple’s or Google’s policies, not ours. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play: play.google.com/store/account.
Accounts
Most apps do not require an account. If an app does, you are responsible for the information you provide and for activity on that account. You can delete an account from the app settings or by emailing info@msadykov.dev.
User content and AI
Some apps let you submit content (photos, audio, documents, prompts, or similar) and some use third-party AI to generate results. You are responsible for what you submit and must have the rights to use it.
AI-generated results can be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not professional, medical, religious, legal, or financial advice. Review important output yourself. Commercial use of generated material, if any, follows the in-app terms and the AI provider’s licence.
The website and apps are provided as-is, without warranties.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of the page will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
