Privacy Policy
Effective date: 19 October 2026
Operator. Marat Sadykov, an individual entrepreneur (ИП) (“we”, “us”), operates msadykov.dev and the mobile apps listed on that site. This policy applies to the website and to all of those apps.
Privacy contact. Email info@msadykov.dev with privacy questions, consent questions, or deletion requests.
Not every app collects every category below. We only process what is needed for the features you use.
This website
The marketing sites do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or marketing cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-oriented and does not use client-side cookies to track visitors. Cloudflare may also log standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamps) to operate HTTPS and prevent abuse. We do not collect email addresses from website visitors.
What we collect and how
We collect data in three ways: you provide it, your device stores it locally, or a store or service we use shares it so a feature can run.
Personal and sensitive data some apps may access or process:
- On-device content. Habits, scan history, generated files, and similar materials often stay on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app. Some apps can optionally sync that data through Apple iCloud if you turn that on.
- Content you submit. Depending on the app, this may include photos, camera captures, barcodes, ingredient text, documents, notes, links, prompts, lyrics, or a short voice sample.
- Microphone and camera. Some apps access the microphone (for recording or a voice sample) or the camera / photo library (for a label scan or an image you choose). We request those permissions only when you use the related feature.
- Cloud copies of your content. Some apps store generated or imported content on our backend so you can open it later — for example study materials, songs, lyrics, or a custom AI voice. That content lives in Google Firebase (Firestore and Cloud Storage) until you delete it or ask us to.
- Technical identifiers. Some apps create an anonymous Firebase Auth ID so backend features, quotas, and purchases work. We never ask for a password.
- Optional sign-in. Some apps (for example Aitora) let you sign in with Apple or Google to keep your history and subscription across devices. Signing in is never required to use the app. If you sign in, we receive the name and email address that Apple or Google shares (Apple lets you hide your email) and an account ID, and store them in Google Firebase Authentication.
- Purchases. Apple, Google, and RevenueCat may share purchase history and identifiers so we can unlock paid features and restore purchases. We do not collect payment card numbers; the store processes payment.
- Analytics and diagnostics. Apps may collect device model, OS and app version, IP address, approximate region derived from IP (not GPS), screens and features used, session timestamps, crash logs, and performance data through Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics.
- Support communications. If you email us, we keep the address and message you send.
We do not require a sign-up to use the apps; sign-in, where offered, is optional. We do not use this data for advertising, marketing promotions, marketing profiles, or cross-app tracking.
Photos, audio, and other submitted content
We access the camera, photo library, or microphone only after you choose a feature that needs it. We do not use photos or voice samples for facial recognition, biometric identification for advertising, or marketing.
Submitted content is used only to provide the feature you requested. It may be sent to a third-party AI or product-data service to generate a result. That sharing happens because you asked for the result (for example a transcript, a scan, a song, or an image). We do not sell or rent that content.
If you create a custom AI voice, short voice recordings (including a verification phrase) are sent to the AI provider only to build that voice for your use in the app. You can delete it in the app or by emailing us.
How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the website and apps
- Process the content you submit and return results
- Provide paid features and restore purchases
- Understand feature usage in aggregate and diagnose crashes
- Respond if you contact us
- Comply with law, security, and store billing requirements
We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal data for third-party advertising.
Sharing
We share data only as needed to operate the services, including with:
- Apple or Google for billing and subscriptions, and for sign-in if you choose to sign in
- RevenueCat for subscription status
- Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Authentication, Cloud Functions, Firestore, and Cloud Storage, as used by each app)
- AI processors, depending on the feature: OpenAI for analysis, transcripts, notes, and tutoring answers; Replicate for image generation; and an AI music provider for songs and custom voices
- Product databases such as Open Food Facts where a scan feature needs them
- Apple iCloud, only if you enable iCloud sync in an app that offers it
- Infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare for hosting the websites
Those providers process data under their own terms. We require that any third party with whom we share user data — including SDKs, infrastructure, and AI processors, and any related entity that has access — provide the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this policy and required by the Apple App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play policies.
Some processors may be located outside your country, including the United States. Data is sent to them only to complete a feature you use, measure the apps, or host the websites.
Security
We handle personal and sensitive user data with reasonable technical and organizational measures. App and website traffic uses HTTPS (TLS). Payment details are handled by Apple or Google, not by our servers. On-device content stays on your device unless you submit it for a feature or enable a sync option. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Retention
- On-device content remains until you delete it or uninstall the app.
- Optional iCloud copies follow your Apple iCloud settings.
- Content sent to a processor is retained by us only as needed to complete that request, except where an app stores a copy for you (songs, lectures, generated images). Processors may keep data only as needed to provide their service, under their own policies.
- Analytics, crash reports, purchase records, and anonymous IDs may be kept as required for billing, security, legal compliance, and service improvement.
Request deletion
Using the apps never requires an account. Anonymous technical IDs are not a sign-up.
If you signed in with Apple or Google, you can delete your account in the app (for example, in Aitora: Profile → Account → Delete account). This deletes the account and the data stored with it — history, progress, profile — and, for Sign in with Apple, revokes the app’s access to your Apple ID. An active subscription is not cancelled by this; cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.
To delete on-device data, remove it in the app or uninstall the app. Turn off iCloud sync if you enabled it. Uninstalling does not cancel a subscription; cancel that in the App Store or Google Play first.
To revoke consent for camera, microphone, photos, or similar access, turn off the permission in iOS or Android settings, or stop using the feature. You can also uninstall the app.
To request deletion of any data we hold (including cloud copies, custom AI voices, or an account you cannot delete in the app), email info@msadykov.dev. We will delete associated data we control, except records we must keep for billing, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Children
The website and apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of the page will change when we do. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website or apps after an update means you accept the revised policy.
